01 Scope
This Privacy Policy covers personal information we process when you browse the Site, create an account, place an order, submit a review, join our mailing list, contact support, or otherwise interact with DoFam.
It does not govern third-party websites, services, or platforms that maintain their own privacy policies. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and do not make their privacy practices ours.

- Support and content: messages, photographs, product reviews, survey responses, and other information you choose to submit.
Payment information
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. DoFam generally receives transaction confirmation and limited payment details, such as payment method type and billing status, rather than complete card numbers or security codes.

- Pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, timestamps, session activity, cart activity, and purchase attribution.
- Cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar online identifiers where enabled.

We may receive information from commerce, payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, advertising, fraud-prevention, review, and customer-support providers, as well as social platforms when you interact with our pages or content.

- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or consent, depending on the activity.

We may disclose personal information to:
- Commerce and hosting providers that operate our storefront and supporting infrastructure.
- Payment providers that authorize and process transactions.

05 Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the Site functioning, remember preferences, understand performance, prevent fraud, and measure or personalize marketing.
You can manage cookies through available Site controls and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect checkout or other features. Where required by law and supported by our services, we recognize applicable opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser and device sending the signal.
06 Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing.
To submit a request, email support@fitnessandart.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or use our Contact form. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records.
We may verify your identity before completing certain requests. We will only request information reasonably necessary for verification. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law, but we may request proof of authorization and, where allowed, confirmation directly from you.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we deny a request, you may have the right to appeal by replying to our decision and stating “Privacy Appeal.”
Marketing communications
You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in any marketing message. We may still send non-promotional communications about orders, accounts, security, or support.
